Energetic and positive, he drives the principle of ongoing improvement by constantly investing in developing the different companies. His priorities are well understood in FACT’s growth, but also the well-being of his workers and FACT’s involvement within the Company (CSR).

There from the beginning, he has taken part in FACT’s creation and its growth. Manager of the Finance Department in Belgium and Luxembourg, he continues to actively take part in the strategy of developing the different companies.

Mainly managing the Training Centre, that she does deft hand, she is also the face of FACT during many APEG meetings, but also during evaluation meetings with our clients. Since her arrival, FACT TRAINING has seen a real boom. Several training courses have been added and developed on her initiative.

Having a broad experience in BtoB services in Belgium (Hertz, Hays, ELIS and Shred-It), he has been a member of the FACT team for a few years, in order to accelerate growth. He looks after strategic directions in which to take sales, as well as regularly monitoring our sales team. He also takes care of managing media contacts during different events.

Also there from the start of FACT, the security world holds no secret from him. From the security arena, he understands the specific points around security, and is perfectly able to offer you the correct solution that responds to your needs. In close collaboration with his teams, in particular the inspection team, he makes sure he maintains his security officers’ motivation, as he is aware that quality is the by-product of his workers’ well-being. Drilled and pro-solution, his Operations department responds to your security needs, at all times.

Manager of the recruitment department, thanks to his great knowledge of the security world, he quickly detects the qualities of a great officer during their interviews. Also manager of the Inspection department, he continues to meet our officers in the field to maintain contact and be informed about the current problems encountered regarding your different sites, in order to improve his recruitment method.

Coming from the security world, he is in a position to offer you the most suitable technical solution, according to your level of security. He advocates the use of cutting edge tools to optimise your security service.

With more than 10 years of experience in management and project management, she occupies a strategic position in FACT’s development. Also ISO Manager, she is responsible for maintaining the level of quality responding to ISO standards, while accomplishing very different projects, going from the technical world to the legal world.

Mainly managing public and private calls for tender, she is also responsible for operationally implementing new contracts.
