In the event of an alarm, the royal Decree of June 19, 2002 requires the intervention of a contact person or a security agent on location in order to check the origin of the alarm before the arrival of the police force. The security agent calls the Police force if the alarm proves to be of criminal origin. In parallel our dispatching informs the customer and takes preventive measures if so necessary.
