- Organisational structure of the security sector and its activities : 6 hours of class
- Specific security regulations and thorough study of the rights and obligations of a security guard: 20 hours of class (regulation exam at SELOR institute)
- Applied rights and obligations of common law (exam at SELOR institute) : 8 hours of class
- Communication techniques: 8 hours of class
- Analogue and digital communication: 4 hours of class
- Cultural awareness and contact with diversity: 12 hours of class
- Observation and rapport: 12 hours of class
- Psychological approach to conflicts: 16 hours of class
- Physical dodging techniques: 8 hours of class
- Adequate reactions in the event of fire, bomb scares or disasters: 12 hours of class
- Industrial first aid: 20 hours of class
- Social interactions within the security sector: 6 hours of class
Admission terms
- Certificate of good behaviour, less than 6 months old
- European nationality
- Having successfully passed the psycho-technical exam (at the SELOR institute, 190.00 EUR)
- 18 years of age
- Not having been a part of any public information or police services during the 5 preceding years
- Not take part in any activities which could pose a threat to the public order or the safety of the State (ex: arms of munitions salesman)
